This is my second time using WM Smith as contractors and again it was a fabulous experience! I had a flood in my bedroom from my AC and my Home Warranty people sent me contractor after contractor. Finally I called WM Smith and that was when things started rolling in a positive direction. TJ came in with a positive attitude. He was efficient, personable, knowledgeable and a good communicator.
