I got 4 quotes. Their price was good. But his people were better. We had many different things to tackle here. Every person from the company was amazing. Did rebuild of walls, cedar shingles, repairing wood rott, drywall, painting, and more. I can't say enough about the quality of work. They exceeded my expectations.
Visiting Virginia, I was able to see the wonderful work that W. M. Smith did at many of our communities. Highly recommend.

To W.M. Smith Company, I would like to complement your employees, Project Manager TJ and his crew. In July, 2025, I had water damage in my guest bedroom from my upstairs neighbor’s Ac unit ( the ceiling closet that house my hot water tank). And my bedroom ceiling also had water damage. The end of July your Project Manager TJ Wenrick , came by with the office Mgr of my complex to assess the damages. Mr. Wenrick was very professional and said he would get with me .
