For months now, they have been picking up my black trash can once every 2 weeks. I do not know why they do this. I sometimes ignore it because my trash isn't filled to the brim but I realize that I am paying for a weekly service and I need this company to fulfill their job. It does not matter if my trash is filled only halfway, they need to take it every time, every week. Absolutely outrageous prices for restaurant... WM-"It's a $350 charge to downsize to the next smallest dumpster below yours." Customer-"Excuse me? Are you serious?" WM-"It's just a one time charge." Customer-"That's way too much money..." WM-"We can lower it to $150." ... Seems like a completely bogus fee. Especially if they can take more than half off immediately.
