WM Customer Service sucks big time. I wouldn't use them if I had any other choice.
Scheduled bulk pick up online, and their process was quite easy. Did not have to wait on the phone (although they're usually pretty fast with that too). Pick up was as scheduled. Very satisfy w/ service.
Missed pick up 2 weeks in a row had to leave trash containers on the street, even though called.
Dependable and consistent. Everything you need to do or manage your service and account can be done through the website.
