Called W.M. Masters because our AC evaporator (a-coil) was freezing up. Cory came out to diagnose the issue. He found the refrigerant was low (down 1.6 pounds). He added Freon and started looking for leaks. He went to the a-coil attached to the furnace. He removed the access panel to expose the coil. The coil looked almost new although it was 9 years old. I walked up to the door and was approached by Leanna at first, and introduced myself and what company I was with (Wm Masters) and asked what problem they were experiencing? awful, awful, awful.. Paid $7000.00 for new tankless hot water heater. The technician said instruction to turn it up were in documentation. They were not. Masters said they wanted to charge me a service call just to show me how to adjust the hot water. These guys are a rip off.
Trey and Randy solved my electrical problems! My quirky old house is difficult. They did what was needed and gave me advice for the future. Both were personable, professional, an fun to work with. The price was right, too!

They have proactive plans that you can purchase to help keep your furnace in good working order. The visits include cleanings if necessary, extra filters and any recommendations there may be. Great plumber! We have used William Masters to fix two leaky toilets. Having never called a plumber before, I guessed our bill would be like 200.00. It only cost 80.00 to have them fixed! The plumber was professional, and did a good job. Their customer service was very good. The plumber also came to the house at the scheduled time and didn't keep me waiting for hours.

The last gentleman we had didnt even complain when my son shot him with a water gun. I would recommend them to people looking for someone to inspect or repair an air conditioner or heating unit.
Our brand new system was not heating properly. Gary (FIVE STAR EMPLOYEE) came and fixed a problem. It was not straight forward and he had to do a bit of research, but he made it work better than it ever had!. He came back the next day and changed the filter and rec-hecked the system. We were warm and snug after his dedicated service! Thanks for the GREAT experience.
