Worst place i’ve ever had to deal with The lady that answers the phone is so rude how can they have someone like that working there. Soo unprofessional !!
These people are thief’s! My car was repossessed and they took my expensive items in the car I will be filing a law suit against them soon. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and its pending investigation due to several complaints on this company.
The people I did business with were kind even though they had towed my car away illegally!!
Even though they took my car illegally I still think they were very kind at the office.
I was 40 days late on $65 short payment . Yeah, my bank repoed my car because I was short $65. I forgot about it. The repo came to my home at 2am and were very professional and helpful. They could have just taken my car but they waited for someone to come to the door. They allowed me to get my belongings. Very polite and when I called the gentleman that answered was very kind and helpful. I got my car back the same day. Just FYI bring exact cash! They won’t give you change. They close at 4:30pm sharp.
