I feel like if I come in a few minutes early for my appointment I wait a bit after to be seen but if I come in a bit late they cancel my appointment. Darned if I do, darned if I don’t. Mind you the main parking lot is usually at full capacity and after looping around I have to park in the overflow parking lot that literally at the other end about 15-20 minute walk from the main building. This sucks. We need shuttles or something thing. What if I had heart problems.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Have been trying to get my father’s medical records for a minute. Called today and after being hung up on six times by the same man, and calling, he answered again. He talked so slow and low, like he had no life in him. I requested the medical records department again and he let out what sounded like his last breath. I’m sure he realized that I was just going to keep calling back. Went in for a kidney stone to the ER at midnight. One of the most professional staff I have ever seen. Im glad they were able to help me and managed to get my hydrated as well. Awesome place!!!
They need to have doctors, councilors, and others to have more compassion and take their work more serious by giving our veterans what they deserve!!
