I’ve been to this hospital so many times and had a great experience each time. Except for tonight. The nurses who did an EKG, drew blood, and X-ray was awesome but when it was time to go see the doctor everyone seem like they had a chip on their shoulder. I ignored it at first, but the doctor ordered a few things and a shot to be given to me the nurse I had just sat there and played on her phone for about 30 minutes and then got up and walked away for another 15 to 20 minutes. Thank you to the veteran hospital staff for always taking such great care of me. I truly have no complaints, except for one valet incident, but that’s another story. Every time I come here, I’m greeted warmly, people smile, and I’m always taken care of with whatever I need.

It’s February and i cant be seen until June. VA is my only health care and i have cancer concerns with an issue Im having i called in October to be seen and the doctor didnt even see me just prescribed medications that didnt work. I was told i have an appointment in February but when I called to get the date of the appointment there was none and now i cant be seen till June. I just pray its not cancer if it is I’ll probably die due to this VA negligence.
After being referred to a medical center by Dr's Care for a potential collapsed lung, and informing them of such, they told me that I needed to wear a mask or they couldn't see me. So I drove to Augusta, GA where I wasn't required to wear one and was taken back immediately. The Healthcare provided here is politically manipulated. When I arrived in Augusta, I was told by the Thoracic Surgeon had I been 30 minutes to 1.5 hrs later, I would've went into cardiac arrest.
