Gave this place a call at 3:22PM ET to verify my appointment and make sure it was in person at this location. After waiting 8 minutes on the line a male voice answers the line ask me what I wants and states that I called after hours at 4:00PM ET and transfered straight to a voicemail box. That just pissed me off and made me not want to make the 2 hour drive there.
I had an ultrasound done Monday. It's Thursday after 4 pm and no one has my results back. What the hell is your radiologist doing? Is he/she that busy really? Over 4 days and you can't look at my ultrasound? You guys suck.
Excellent new facility! Im so great full for the government! Staff in the lab were so professional and very up beat Eric was the first person whoever drew blood and I would have never known had I not watched. Excellence in the Medical field right there Thank you Eric!
Terrible experience!!!!! I'm an recovering addict finally got clean 3 yrs ago from pills put it in my notes please only offer pills if I'm near death. So my doctor on white team decides to get in a pissing match with me because he wants to throw headache meds at me and argue about not taking vitamin pills when I even try to ask for other ways to meet my needs without pills. Having been to multiple VA hospitals, I find this one to be the worst. Trying to call for anything is a nightmare and it only gets worse once your there.
