Through the transitions of taking over Rays Trash WM never missed one day picking up my trash .. The office girls were great ..The guys are wonderful, if they see a piece of trash beside the dumpster they pick it up .. they put your trash can back where you had it .. Good Guys .. Thank you WM
WM bought out Ray's Trash Service. They have been horrible. Ignoring contracts, charging four-times as much, missing pick-ups multiple times, website failing to schedule, and an automated phone service designed to keep you from speaking to anyone. Update: Called the phone number, got nothing but automation sales pitch directing me to their website that hung up on me.
Waste Management bought out Rays, our last trash pick up provider. Waste Management also picks up trash at the strip center next to my building. The dumpsters there look horrible. WM shows up whenever they feel like it, or not at all. My trash is not getting picked up regularly and I’m being charged for weekly pickup. Absolutely horrible service.
Stay far away from them. they will make an excuse for everything.
