I HAVE HAD GREAT EXPERIENCES WITH WASTE MANAGEMENT OVER THE YEAR
Beware unjust and excessive charges for “overloaded” container. Lids blow open and trash gets scattered all over our property when picked up yet the want to charge us well over $200 above our regular fees for a container that has been loaded but lids would stay down of equipped with a bar to lock down lids.
Horrible customer service and horrible communication skills. The sales rep couldn’t wait for me to sign the contract and kept blowing my phone and when I finally signed the contract, she won’t even answer or return my phone calls since I have not received my container promised to be delivered 12 days ago, left her voice messages and she won’t call me back.
