Very poor management in my opinion. Had right mark call me about wanting to come out and look at my roof and when the time came they never picked up the phone. They only seem to care about the money and not the people. I would avoid this company.

We had an unexpected roofing project come up to repair our fair booth roof. I reached out to see if it was something RightMark would be able to assist us on. They did just that. Ethan was outstanding in communicating when the job would be completed, Roy was the onsight foreman and went above and beyond to make sure the project was done properly, and in a timely manner also communicating with me through the process. Outstanding process from start to finish, would definitely recommend them for any project.
They do a great job with the roof here at the mall. Haven't had a single leak go unrepaired. During the last storm where it rained some 2-3" in less than an hour, my roof drains were overwhelmed, but the roof held steady! Mateo and crew are GREATLY RECOMMENDED
