A/C went out over night Sunday house was 95 degrees waited to Monday morning and Did not know who to call but searching we remembered the Buffington’s from years past. The lady on phone was like taking to a good neighbor. We lived close to Buffington office so a gentleman stopped on way out on his calls to check unit. The capacitor was bad he had one on truck and replaced in under within 30 minutes. Dillon was the plumber that came to the house. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He got right to work and fixed everything we needed done. Very happy. Have used before and will definitely use again.

Great comfort, first time needing ac this season and it didn’t work. Call WM Buffington because they had a sticker on the system stating they installed it for the past homeowner. The comfort is they came the same day, bad news the system needed to be replaced. Found out why my heat bill increased last winter because the heat pump was not running fully.
