Buff has now installed both my liquid propane forced air furnace/central air unit and, more recently, a new gas water heater. Each experience has been top notch. The techs have been friendly and respectful and will take the time to explain what they're doing if you show interest. We had a ductless system installed in 2011 and have been very satisfied with the system and the wonderful, personal service from WM Buffington. We had the annual cleaning and inspection done recently, and customer service was amazing, Joanne is always so pleasant and keeps you up to date on any time changes. The service techs were friendly and thorough. In an AI world, it's so nice to find a company that still values people and great customer service.
This team and company is the absolutely best in the Harrisburg area. I always like to deal locally and these guys don't disappoint. I stumbled across them after a horrible experience with a larger company. They installed a new HVAC system, whole house humidifier, tankless water heater and solved countless other plumbing issues.
