My experience with this company is excellent! Larry came to clean my Furnance in November 2025, then I had a leak in the basement . I have an oil/ boiler pipe. With the sub zero temps of this winter, my pipe in the bedroom froze and burst. He did everything he could to help me keep heat in the main living area. He has a great deal of knowledge and experience to help you! He is a great employee. Last week my furnace stopped working sometime in the early evening. I thought if I went to a YouTube video, I could DIY, but before long I realized my furnace problems were way over my head. Since I have a gas fireplace, I waited til the next morning to call for a HVAC company and I wasn’t in dire straits right at that time. Buff has now installed both my liquid propane forced air furnace/central air unit and, more recently, a new gas water heater. Each experience has been top notch. The techs have been friendly and respectful and will take the time to explain what they're doing if you show interest. Their quotes have consistently come back lower than other local HVAC contractors (by a wide margin).
