Inconsistent service pick up and lack of acceptable customer service- Live chat is terrible and continuously times out! My trash has not been picked up twice in less than 3 months! Other local service (Becks Refuge) is less expensive and pick up is on time each week.
Service has been good. In past, you put your stuff out no issues. Now, if it doesn't fit in the container, WM wants you to purchase their bag to put bigger items in for pickup. I had no issues in past.
Absolutely pathetic business practice to not even have a phone number that you can call the place. How do you people run a business without a phone?
