Goodbye Jiffy Lube and hello The Lube Center! This is my second time using them and very impressed. I stayed in my car and fun to watch them all over it like a racing pit crew. If I sat in the lounge there was coffee, but if you are in your car, they offer to bring you a cup. Now that is service and the cost was less than some other place. Oh, and I got a free coupon for a Super Car Wash!

I went to the car wash today 1/26/25 to do a car wash but the  queue was too long so i decided to leave and come back later. I did not go through the car wash, i later came back to be told that i have washed my car and that  my car looks clean. I try to explain that i came to do a car wash but left because of the queue My suggestion is that if you enter the door and did not go inside the car wash the system should know that you did not do a car wash. Lack of direction and staffing caused my car to bump into the car in front of me while in the carwash. Management completely dismissed any responsibility.

I was extremely satisfied with the service. Employee Bri was so super friendly, knowledgeable and took time to explain in details everything. I will definitely be going back to this location. GREAT customer service skills.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have had two terrible experiences at this auto spa. The woman who directs you into the lane is awful, she doesn’t even try to get your vehicle in without hitting your rims. First incident-I went directly to AutoSpa from the car dealership where I had my wheel worked on. My truck went up on the rail and came down hard doing major damage to the rim. The manager, Roy Whitehead tried to tell me that the mechanism that pulls the car in couldn’t have done the damage. I asked him to look at... read more

Very rude and combative. Not only didn't they complete the service, the asst. manager seemed to have an issue and doesn't know how to speak to customers. He was highly confrontational and had no problem with getting paid for services that were not complete. These centers are supposed to be quick and easy to go to and professional. The Lube Center In Gaithersburg on fields rd. Is FANTASTIC! All the employees were extremely knowledgeable and the customer service was over the top! I have no idea if all locations are this super but I do know I will keep going back when my car needs their services! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
