Wanda is an awesome landlord, she comes by to check on everyone once in a while, she fixes problems with the apartments, she's friendly, and actually seems to care about the happiness of the people staying in her apartments. Thanks for making this place feel like a home. We appreciate it!
The apartment has plenty of room for just me and my girlfriend, the owner is a very social woman (in a good way), she's very nice and makes sure it's a friendly environment. My neighbors are quiet most of the time. All together, no complaints here, I did have an issue with one of my electrical outlets bit I let Wanda know and she was out to fix it the next day.
As a student with not much disposable income, these units are very affordable. Don't be fooled by the paint job on the place, the units are well maintained on the inside and the property manager Wanda has been like a second mom to me since I've been here, checks up on me once in a while to make sure i'm doing okay and i don't need anything.I'll be sad to go once i finish school and leave. Thanks for all you do Wanda!
I absolutely love this place! The apartments are spacious and clean. Maintenance is always on point and the leasing woman Wanda is a pleasure to know.
