I paid $400.00 to WLB to have my property surveyed on July 28, 2023. I have not heard from the company even though I've reached out on many many occasions. I expect to receive service after paying the money that was requested of me. A company should at least keep you informed and or return your phone calls/emails. This has been two months and I have not received nor heard ANYTHING. I can not believe that companies take your money and does not render service and think its okay.
I paid 1/2 a deposit to have a survey my property. ****** came to my house on a Sunday and said he would be back the next day with a drawing. I have yet to receive my drawing. all my calls and emails are not being returned. I am a highly disappointed customer. I dont have $400 to throw away.. its been over 2 weeks and no response
