saw her two years ago. she is not a good mental health professional at all, she fundamentally does not understand how mental health issues + disabilities may affect someone's ability to better themself even if they want to change, and dropped me while i was in a psychotic state which led to suicidal ideation. do not go here.
Dr. Grace knows her stuff. She and I had a couple of differences, but she was always deferential, insightful and full of integrity. I admire her work and feel grateful for her help. I would highly recommend her services to a friend.
Dr. Grace has helped me get a better handle on my chronic depression and seasonal depression. With guidence she has been helping me with finding the right medication I need, with guidance about other things to change in my life to make it better. I still have some up and down days, but I know that Dr. Grace is there to help me stay on track. She is very thorough with finding the best way to help. My experience with Dr. Grace has been wonderful. She might come off brisk at first, but I found her to be very understanding and willing to answer my questions and concerns. She's knowledgeable and thorough. Also, she assures you that if you don't feel like you mesh with her, you're under no obligation to work with her and not find another dr. I like her honesty and her style.
Moody. Doesn't hear you out before shoving a theory down your throat. Treats you like a student who doesn't get the right answer.
