Installed ductless split unit that is still under warranty. They avoided coming to repair for weeks on end and finally said to go elsewhere for the work. I would not rely on them for any installation as they won’t back up their work. Edit: adding the timeline for transparency. I 1st contacted them on Feb 5th they asked for error codes and said they will confirm a weekend appointment.
