This place is super hard to in contact with anyone. To schedule an appointment or figure out your billing. We have called voicemail will be full. we had therapist phone numbers no one got back to us literally ghosted us for over a month now. I liked my therapist tell I was ghosted. For a place that is to help mental health it's odd to ignore people that were wanting to work on themselves and that feels the opposite of helping mental health. This place is weird. Can't get ahold of anyone. Nobody answers the phone and the message box is always full. There is nowhere to find their councilors names so that you can check with insurance. Very shady and odd that you don't list your providers or really any information.

The psychologist that I talk with is very understanding and patient. Very easy to talk to.
