Terrible service. Still waiting on a simple repair to be done on my cell phone which btw cost me over 364.15 and after 25 days still is not repaired. They allow customers tro pay them a extra $100 bucks to expedite their items before other customers so they can have their stuff back before minew. Probably why my cell phone isn't finished. This is illegal practice nev er heard of it being done by any other bussiness as this is totally unethical and unfair to other customers . They defiantly dont keep their word. I took my iPad in for repair (completely functional but with a cracked screen), paid $150 and picked up an iPad that no longer works at all due to their incompetence. The owner has no problem taking people's money, destroying their electronics and then advising them to "take him to court" if a refund is requested. Check them out at the BBB website...wait, you can't do that because they are being investigated due to the high volume of complaints.

Horrible experience I took in my iPad to have the broken screen fixed. I paid $150 and now have an iPad that doesn't work correctly with a power button that the tech broke and the screen is separating from the unit. I have a bbb complaint open against them but will probably end up in small claims court to replace the item that THEY BROKE. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any business.

Great Prices! My laptop had a virus on it, I took it in and they told me up front how much it would be - $75.00! They did a great job. Will recommend them to everyone!

I took my computer in because it was running really slow. They had it a few days because they were super busy - but when I got it back it was only $75 and it is working perfect. When I picked up the computer I dropped off my iPod and they were able to change the battery while I waited so that I didn't have to make another trip in. They are the best!

I wrote a review in October about my dis-satisfaction with WKA Innovations Inc. Only to have it removed by Insider Pages. What do we all think of a review process that only gives shining reports? Instead of the truth. WKA Innovations Inc. did not do the job they claimed to have done, and an actual Certified Tech, told and showed me different. In my opinion, WKA is VERY unprofessional and I wouldn't trust them. If reading this saves one person the same headache I've endured it was worth it!! Thanks for taking the time to read... read more
