Recently er treatment from a fall at home. Excellent and timely car with my stay of 4 days. I received excellent care. Savannahs Jackie Mercediesand all on my floor. Very caring assistant from Africa was very helpful during her shift.
Went to the er wasn’t seen by nurse until an hour later never got a diagnosis on my condition it’s just a snooty place to go to they are very stuck up they don’t care about well being trying to act like The Pitt well they could never compare I would have gotten better service a quick care it’s just a joke at this place and would not recommend if your really sick cause it’s possible you might die there

GO TO HIGHLAND OR CHRITUS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would. Worst medical care my spouse and I have ever received. The lead ER Doctor is heartless and extremely rude to everyone, including the staff. I even asked a nurse, “is he always that rude?” And answered with a resounding “YES” and other medical staff have confirmed that he is extremely unprofessional and his bedside manner is TRASH.
