GO TO HIGHLAND OR CHRITUS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would. Worst medical care my spouse and I have ever received. The lead ER Doctor is heartless and extremely rude to everyone, including the staff. I even asked a nurse, “is he always that rude?” And answered with a resounding “YES” and other medical staff have confirmed that he is extremely unprofessional and his bedside manner is TRASH. It is all about the money for WK and not the patient at all. They dont care about the patient health , they are not there for u. Rude employees. Money hungry all matters
DO NOT GO HERE. Especially if you are a woman or someone who gets periods. Anything abnormal about your reproductive system they will not consider a medical emergency (despite not knowing the source of the problem) and they will not run ANY tests to make sure you aren't having a medical emergency. They will give you a pregnancy test. Then, they will have you wait for hours just to do NO EXAM and also refuse to give you care/tests to rule out any medical condition complications because your pregnancy test was negative??? Went in there for a huge headache I've had for a week, they didn't do shit to help. Sat in there for 6 hours for them to do absolutely nothing, minimal questioning, their whole goal was to ger me out asap, not to treat whatevers giong on. They definitely didn't diagnose crap. Migraine for 4 days and they said to just let it run its course lmao. Never going back to this hospital period.
