Verrry personable and goal oriented staff..from beginning to end..All well organized and patient driven.. If ever in the building..please Disregard the FAST FOOD drive thru and indulge in the Cafeteria food..at the facility..absolutely delicious and affordable..actually plan to dine there after scheduled visits come to an end . Highly recommended..
I have only had one visit. Dr explained all optional surgeries and explained it very well. Did not push surgery and wanted me to take a few weeks to decide. Leaving the decision up to me. ( might not have been the best idea 🤣) Receptionist and nurse were very friendly and kind.
Horrible experience just trying to make an appointment. Called first day was told they needed to call me back. Didn’t even make the appointment. Called the next day was told again they would need to call me back. I asked why it was so difficult to just make an appointment. I was told it could take up to three weeks of these phone calls before they would actually book an appointment for me. Unacceptable. Pathetic treatment of patients. I will look elsewhere for the care I need.
They took great care of me, very compassionate, great nurses and Drs.
Dr Pizarro was very knowledgeable and helpful. The office staff was very congenial and friendly.
