I recently bought my wedding band from WK Chan and had a really great experience. Daniel was friendly and attentive and didn't rush me to find the perfect ring. I was most impressed by him encouraging me to take pictures of the rings on my finger so I could take my time deciding. The pricing was fair and we ended up getting both our bands the same day. I had a exceptional shopping and repair experiences at WK Chan at the Outlet Mall. David was knowledgeable, insightful, courteous and professional in offering advice and guidance the four times that I was in the store. The 40 year old engagement ring and wedding ban sparkled after repair even brighter than when first purchased. I am very happy with the quality of craftsmanship and value in the replaced diamond. I will definitely return to this store for any future jewelry purchases.
