My partner and I brought her ring into the store to get the band fixed because they had to cut it off her finger for surgery. We weee charged for new gold at the daily price. We were charged for a new band, sizing and the claws tightened up for the total sum of $840.00. When we picked up the ring we asked for the original gold back 18k and the person working had no idea what we were talking about and David was on holidays.
