Everyone was gentle and courteous any questions or concerns no matter how many questions I might have had where answered. Tentative to all my needs.! And procedure was explained and great detail. I like to get a special thanks to Julie Cup for being sensitive and caring.
This was my first mammogram and from the intake specialist to the mammogram technician, my experience was great. Ms. Barbara was so gentle and pleasant. I appreciate that she made me feel comfortable, she explained everything she was doing, and made it an overall positive experience. Thank you so much Ms. Barbara. God Bless You and your family.
As a long-standing employee and patient, I have been receiving care here for many years. Today, I called on two separate occasions to schedule an appointment after receiving a notification indicating it was time to do so. I spoke with two different women, one very rude and the other unhelpful. Unfortunately, I was unable to schedule my appointment.
