This was a first visit for my wife who went with the daughter and showed app at the appointed time. But during the 2 hours there only got seen by students. And then after that, for 2 hours, the students couldn't find any doctors or P A's to back them up until finally, my wife walked out.. I sure hope that Willis Knighton is not paying these doctors to "not" teach.
If I could give it negative stars I would! I've been a patient here for about 2 yrs. Last yrs when my prescription ran out, I called and advised Ashley(the appointment person) of this and asked if needed to make an appointment for the refill. She advised me know and the refill was sent even though it had been a yr since my last visit. Visited the emergency room, waiting from 8:30pm and finally got seen around 10:45. Dr. Andrews saw me previously and told me that he?s going to do the same thing he done for me last time because ?it worked good enough for me to go home.? However the next hour or so at home, I?m back sick and then back at the hospital again. When trying to express my concerns with Dr. Andrews, he over talked me, seemed annoyed and did not offer any compassion or sympathy.
