Worst HVAC company ever I wouldn't allow Parker to change a light bulb let alone install or repair an HVAC unit after finding out the hack job he did. Installed a new HVAC unit in my rental in Sept stopped working 12/9 Parker came out said it was the board would have it by Monday no part Monday Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday and I had to call him every day to find out what was going on mind you temps were below 30 and then he told me he had paying customers ahead of me so in other words his warranty is another one of his line... read more
Paid for services and they never showed. They wouldn't answer my calls and their voicemail is full. Eventually got a call back and they stated that "we were there this morning and no one answered when we called." Company never knocked or rang the doorbell, they called my cellphone which was charging up stairs. I'm sorry but if you're at my house you do have the ability to knock or ring the door bell... Extremely rude on the phone and didn't seem to care.
