I am extremely disappointed with WJD Management and their handling of maintenance issues. Every time something breaks down, it takes at least a week to get any response or action. My garbage disposal has been non-functional for over a week, and despite their claims of having emailed us back, they blamed a 'glitch' for the lack of communication.
