We are very happy with our new kitchen. Bill and his crew were pleasant and professional. They communicated with either me or my husband every day to keep us informed, answer questions and resolve issues. The bulk of the job was done within the time frame we were given. Cost overruns were mostly due to our upgrading materials. I would suggest a couple of things though. We interviewed MANY contractors for our kitchen remodel but we were most impressed with William Dipeso, Jr. Bill showed creativity and enthusiasm for our project that no one else had. He has a wonderful, artistic style and design sense. He is honest, easy to get in touch with, and an excellent communicator. Contracted work was completed. Homeowner wanted to have additional work outside of contract done and refused to pay for it.
Quality of work was good; but final price greatly exceeded initial estimate
Quality work. Bill did not cut any corners during the basement remodel, everything looks great. His team was friendly and reliable, and they were able to push at the end to get it done when we needed it done. Competitive pricing and great service.
We would recommend Bill and his team to any homeowners planning on remodeling their Kitchen or finishing their basement. Bill and his crew are courteous and excellent at what they do. They clean up after themselves and are always willing to go the extra step. His quotes are very reasonable and he stayed within the estimate so there were no surprises. A very pleasant and rewarding experience.
