Called the company to ask a question about the clay tiles being secured to the roof decks in a large HOA project. WJA is the inspectors hired by the HOA. My question was about the tiles not being secured to batten board/first strips. The person who answered the phone (TERRY) at the office was very abrupt and with a condescending attitude from the very beginning. Not very professional or able to provide good customer service. He did answer my question, but I must have been interrupting his lunch or something.
