Mark is exceptional. He is so knowledgeable and explains the situation thoroughly and so anyone can understand. He works hard and it’s important to him to do a good job for his customers. I feel valued as a customer and Mark helped to make a terrible situation bearable. I feel he is honest and he works pretty fast and efficient.

Colton, my technician, did an excellent job resolving the horrible drain issue in my basement along with the unpleasant strong odor. Colton arrived on schedule, very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He clearly explained and answered all the questions I asked.

On July 7th 2026. Had Michael come and install a water filter system along with a water descaler. While he did that he also redid our main shutoff value and the pipes to the tankless hot water tank. Everything went off with out hitch. He arrange for the bourgh water department to stop by and shut off the water and later inspect his work. He was all finished in a little over 4 hours. I have had WJ McNabb as my plumber for years to many to count. They have never disappointed me. There work has always been excellent.
