Great work by McNabb and their team. Colton was amazing. He redid the piping in one of my houses, and fixed some toilet & shower issues at another. He was quick, polite, friendly, explained everything in simple terms, and charged fairly for his work. Hopefully I never have another plumbing issue, but if I do, I'll be calling McNabb.
We had Colton out to install a toilet, which uncovered an issue with an original cast iron pipe and flange underneath our existing toilet. He spent the morning turning our issue into a minor inconvenience and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg for his extra efforts. I can’t recommend Colton, or McNabb plumbing enough!
We called McNabb on a Monday for a leaky shower. Their friendly dispatcher Melissa sent a plumber on Tuesday. I would recommend the company, and definitely Colton, who completed our service, very highly! He was punctual, knowledgeable, and polite. He identified and corrected the root cause of our leaky shower and several other problems (pressure reduction valve was needed) and did high quality and speedy work.
Custom service is exceptional. Mike installed a whole house water filtration system. It makes an amazing difference in water quality. Pricing was competitive, but Mike made the difference because of his knowledge of the product.
They were fast and efficient. The plumber who responded was personable and did a terrific job. I would use them again….if the need arises.
