It is soft serve, it come in this mini figurine cup thing. And it's a must if you are waiting for merlin ride . We have been here twice in the spring and fall and it's open. They also have other drinks too. When we visit in the spring , they don't have color sprinkle or the candy on it. So bummer that you don't always get the full experience. And there is some shaded beach chair thing. So it's nice in the late spring too!
The ice cream is pretty good. It does make a mess because it’s so colorful, but I found that it washed off pretty well at the nearby water foundation. The Wizard’s Nachos are a bit unusual because the churro ice cream is red and separate from the whip cream and circular pieces of waffle cone, which can be bland because they aren’t evenly covered with sprinkles and chocolate sauce.
The blue ice cream makes it very blue, I can't wash it off on first try.
