I was in town for the week and my CarPlay (after market radio I had installed) completely went out. Unfortunately, the system wasn't stronger than the summer heat down in Mobile. I was able to get an appointment and get a new stereo quickly. Bobby was the absolute best. He kept me updated every step of the way and tried everything he could to get my current system running (just in case). I've been dealing with wizard over 20 + years and I have always enjoyed there service and knowledge of the owners and installers Bobby and Will always made it easy to purchase and decide what is needed for that type of vehicle u have .Like always keep up the good work.
Let me save y’all some time—Wizard car audio in Oxford, Alabama is a damn joke. Walked in hoping to spend money and support a local shop, and instead got met with attitude, zero help, and the most unprofessional, low-class energy I’ve ever seen from a business owner. Dude acted like answering a simple question was beneath him. They quoted me $800 for a tint job and had the nerve to say a roll of tint costs $600 like that’s supposed to justify the price.
