I called with an emergency since we had water in our basement. It was late at night so I left a message. I had a callback in less than 15 minutes, which was great! We made an appointment to have George evaluate the situation which resulted in him and his team providing a professional service. We have a home theater in the basement, which was affected (carpet and walls), and had some sensitive equipment which we were worried about.
