I went in for an alignment, oil change, and tire rotation. The service was supposed to take about two hours, but it ended up lasting four. After the appointment, I noticed several problems. The technician didn’t rotate my tires even though that’s part of what I paid for, and right after leaving, my check engine and VSC lights came on — neither of which were on before the service. Great service, friendly service people. Quick and quality service. Excellent experience.
They are really nice. They also send you pictures of everything which is a plus. They are very thorough. Tell you what services are needed and don't try to push you. They inform you of what you need and will tell you if it's urgent or not with estimates. Give them a try even if it's just an oil change.
Took recently purchased car in for inspection and oil change. They had it 4 days. The first two days it was there they were saying “it needs a new engine” and they were doing various tests. They gave an estimate of over $5k for parts and repairs and the high end synthetic oil change they wanted to do was not done. The staff is professional and up front about what is needed immediately, and what can hold off until later. I was able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time with a walk in visit.
