Booked an appointment 2 days prior and when I showed up they told me they not only don’t have my appointment but don’t have anyone who can work on my car
I didn’t feel like driving all the way to the dealership for an oil change on my 2021 Acura, so I decided to try Wiygul in Vienna. I called first to check their hours, and Abdul answered right away. He was friendly and helpful, which I appreciated since that’s not always the experience when calling a busy service center.
