This place takes customer service to a new level. They talked me through my plumbing project and saved me tons of money and unnecessary work. They definitely gained a life long customer.
They are the only really nice plumbing supply store and are open to the public in my area but have a real chip on their shoulder when you don't actually use them for purchase.
Bought a nice Blanco 32" sink and the rep specified a 27" sink grid for that sink. I didn't even think to double check her parts as she is the expert. Ended up buying product thru another supplier but used her list of parts after I told her my contractor had his own supply channels. They are the only plumbing supply store and are open to the public in my area but have a real chip on their shoulder when you don't actually use them for purchase. Beware!
