Can't say enough about the service technician. Working alone and was so very pleasant with customers. Service on truck was quick.
Avoid at all costs. I bought a truck two weeks ago from them. The next couple days, the check engine light came and it turns out they sold a truck doesn't pass emissions. Brought it back they fixed it. Then, a couple days later, the 4 wheel drive went out on the vehicle. It is still sitting in their shop Currently. They have had it pretty much the entire time I have owned it now. I cannot get anybody to return a phone call about when I might be able to get it back or what's going on with it. Service department is amazing! I have a 23 Silverado we brought down from South Dakota. When we were getting ready to leave to head back to South Dakota, it popped up some error codes. From the start the staff in the service department at Chevy was friendly and straightforward. After looking at the truck they determined it was a wiring issue. Updating my review. I have now bought 3 cars here, first two cars were great. The people who have helped me have mostly always been kind and I am super appreciative of the service advisors. The people at sales have also always been super kind. I have had a pretty good experience with the cars up until late though. Not only has the newest vehicle I bought had a malfunction as soon as the first day but I got it back and not even two weeks after purchasing this vehicle it has had a pretty major malfunction, while I know this is... read more
