Great customer service
Tim was great and provided excellent costumer service.
Really disappointed. Again.. They left our truck on with the keys in the ingintion and the battery died..also had our oil change and they took off clips for the air filter and didn't put it all back properly..we had the check engine light on and had to go out to purchase parts. Officially never going back. Thanks for letting me down!!
I was scheduled to bring my truck in Thurs morning. After having it towed in i at first was told they had no rentals available as my warranty will cover 5 days on a rental. Then all the sudden then had 1. I was told by my service guy that they were behind that there was a possibility that my truck wouldn't get looked at that day and that possibly not looked at till Tues the following week. I thought wow that's kinda crazy why set up and have me even being my truck in on Thursday if your not even going to get to it for 5 days... read more
