Tim was so helpful and patient and kind with helping me get my dream F150. He has been so responsive, made the process stress free, easy, quick & no pressure when getting my pickup. Joe Arrigoni (besides being a complete meathead) is a bold faced lier. I asked several times to confirm the tow capacity of the SUV I was looking at because the specifications listed 2 max capacities for that model. He insisted it was the higher spec. Now I bought the car and found out that it cannot in fact tow that much. Despite wasting money on a car that doesn’t not fit my needs I am just happy I didn’t find that out while towing. Joe is not trustworthy- lesson learned.
I visited this dealership this week to look at a pre-owned vehicle. They were pleasant on the phone and during the test driving process. The salesperson we worked with was great. We came with our own financing. When we sat down to start the purchase, the salesperson we had worked with the whole time during test driving disappeared and they had us working with someone else.
