I have unfortunately been forced to find a new doctors because of this office. Every time I call, I sit on hold for 15–20 minutes before someone finally answers. Even when I call first thing in the morning right when they open, I’m still told there are no available appointments for my sick child. Love Dr. Wittmann but not sure what’s going on with First Physicians office staff! This has happened three different times when my kids were sick. Dr. Wittmann and the First Physicans Group pediatrics office is awesome. My son has a bunch of breathing problems. She has recommended a pulmonologist and when needed most she messaged me when he was in the hospitals asking how he was doing and keeping update on how my son has been and what they are doing to help him. My has been admitted to the hospital multiple times due to his reactive airway disease. They always make time to see him when he’s sick because of his medical histories.
I can't belive i actually have to write this. I am so sickened and disgusted with the lack of basic compassion, empathy and care. My 14 year old son has been a patient of Dr. Lisa Whitman for over 4 years. He experienced a medical emergency on Wednesday evening and was admitted th All Children's PICU. After he was medically cleared, he was transferred to a behavioral health facility. We love Dr. Wittman! I take both my kids to see her and she takes her time and doesn’t make you feel rushed through the appointment. She has a calm demeanor and the kids also love seeing her.
