Went to set up an appointment with this (provider). The definition of provider is • to present or yield something useful, • make adequate precautions for, • or supply someone with. Now that that's out of the way. The phone etiquette of this office is appalling. The lady was argumentative, arrogant, unwilling to educate herself on or about Tricares 2 difference in coverage. Why can’t anyone answer the phones. I’ve been trying to cancel my appointment since 9:40 this morning and it’s now 3pm. This is outrageous. And the annoying woman giving information while we wait makes it so much worse
This provider provided me with the diagnostic tests I needed and that's the main reason why I'm giving him a star. Otherwise, he demonstrated a significant level of apathy and very little empathy for me as a patient, while indicating that I may have a diagnosis that could alter the course of my life. Lacked cultural awareness and showed little to no initiative when it came to providing me with the information needed to support his clinical diagnosis.
