Not only answered all my questions and concerns. He was committed to the job. Totally Any concerns I had was answered quickly and efficiently. Having my roof replaced was a big deal for me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than I had with Witten Roofing. Replacing a roof is not a small undertaking and Witten made the process seamless. Shannon Sharpe oversaw the entire process from inspection, to claiming damage with the insurance company, to roof replacement. He even came by and personally inspected the roof a few times after the job was complete to make sure everything was to satisfaction. THAT is what customer service is all about!
