Last week of May had a knock on the door, and it was from Brennen basically saying my roof looked aged and worn. I explained we were having issues as we had a flood in our kitchen and in middle of squaring away with insurance companies. Hour later he came back with Christian offered a free inspection and said roof was definitely worn and needed replacement.
