Dr Witte ; I was happy with but the insurance folks no so. They submitted a claim for a root canal and got paid for it when all I got done was have a tooth pulled.And they submitted claims using the wrong codes and caused me to pay more than I should.And throughout it all they blamed me for all the mishaps. I’m through with them
