I was reading the Observer Reporter on Saturday and saw that Star Lake Ford had a 2015 Ford Fiesta advertised for sale. It was in my sister's price range so she got in touch with Drew that day and we went to see it on Monday. I bought a used 2020 f250 FORD LARIAT from Vanguard Ford in Hughes Springs TX in 2022. I loved the truck. At the time I wasn't crazy about the deal that I had to make to get the truck. They would not sell me the truck without an extended warranty. So, I thought with all of the electronics that it had I might need it. nothing more then dishonest. Post fake ads with option the car does not have and was way over priced and unsafe to drive. . and more less they dont care they got there money and BBB is no better then they are to let these people get away with it and think its ok.

I got rooked. I came in knowing what needed to be done to my Ford car, and yet I was told that I still needed to have a diagnostic at a charge of $261.00. However, I was told that if I accepted the fix, that amount would be deducted from the overall cost of the repair. Well, after the diagnostic, which took over 24 hours, I was told the piece to fix my car was discontinued.
