How come they do not give Nikola Tesla credit? They are using at least 2 of his 1900 U.S. patents.
This is so good that I'm slightly worried that eventually the dominant companies are going to see threats to their profits and will buy out and mothball this technology to keep its dominant positions and its ability to charge people money for energy. But if that doesn't happen, and WiTricity and others are able to pull the rug out from under the bigboys, then the People will have had a serious victory!! Onward!
Some people doesn't understand the smartness with wireless technology. Especially teachers and stupid students. When I showed Prodigy for my 5 year old grandkids (twins) one of them ran after a toy (a car) because he want to charged it. When I showed it for my mother in law (86 years old) she asked me if she can use it for charge hers equipment for hearing. She is totally deaf without it and have to change battery now and then.
