TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! My 1st time there at 11:00am this morning and I will NEVER go back again !!! Two months ago I asked them and they mailed me all the necessary medical paperwork to mail back to them, which I did, including my Referral Script from my PCP, Med List, Insurance Stuff, etc... Everything they would need so that I WOULD NOT have to fill-out an abundance of paperwork on a clipboard !!! Do you know how hard that is for an Out Of Breath 1/2 Blind Lefty with No Cheaters in hand !!! I also need cheaters for up-clo... read more
