Witherite Property Management bought my apartment building while I was currently in a lease. I have been renting for over 20 years and I’ve never dealt with such a terrible company! No one is ever in the office, they don’t answer the phone or return your calls. They don’t take care of their properties. Their staff is rude and incompetent. They lose rent checks.
