Northway saved my life quite literally. I had broke my leg and could not return home. Northway got me in immediately at discharge from the hospital and kept me there til it was safe for me to go. Their staff is caring, helpful, professional and courteous. Huge thanks to all!
This place is a joke. Same thing as the other review on here.. was told so many nice things about the program. Once you’re in watch out. We are all adults (I hope) that all go here. Be prepared to be treated like the red headed step child. Just trying to get help filling out some simple paperwork was like pulling teeth. And don’t even get me started on some of the staff here. Was told many beautiful things over the phone. That I wouldn't just be stuck in a room, that happened instantly. That I would have full freedom, well the first one tells you all about that. They would MAKE SURE I was comfortable and all that. They checked me in, in the middle of the night and stuck me away in a room, in a section I was told I wouldn't even have to stay in. This program did 1000× more damage than it helped in a matter of 5 hours
The food is outstanding and the staff so friendly, it's the best detox I've been to ever and I've visited and stayed in detoxes all across Canada and this place is the best hands down.
