The service department staff were “okay” interacting with. My low review is not directed towards them though. I scheduled my VW to have service done online(from their service site mind you) and was quoted ~$800-$900. I dropped the vehicle off and received a call stating “are you sure you want all of this done? It’s expensive.” I said yes, I saw the price online when I booked the appointment, it was $800-$900”.
