I have a 2024 Volkswagen Atlas, there were a total of 5 issues that needed fixed at less than 20,000 miles. I contacted this dealer for warranty repair on these items back in October 2024, for the initial visit I waited 5 hours, just for them to LOOK at the issues. Being a tech myself seemed strange they need that long to at most take pictures and submit for warranty, after this I was told parts have been ordered, I set up an appointment for a few weeks later and I would get my oil changed then too, the day of the appointmen... read more

Pésimo servicio, van dos veces que voy porque no queda bien lo que le arreglaron. Hice una cita y al momento de mi cita resulta que nunca la programaron, solamente he perdido mi tiempo y mi dinero

Absolutely thrilled with our experience! Haley and Sebastian took incredible care of us and my wife is THRILLED with her new VW! I enjoyed working with Patricio. He was very helpful, friendly and not at all pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and made the overall experience very good. There wasn't a lot of back and forth negotiating. They were able to get where I needed to be and it was done. Good experience all around.
