Dr.Cody Owen’s refused to give my son a referral to the ENT after seeing him 3+ times for ear pain because my 7 year olds discomfort wasn’t enough, my concerns weren’t enough, and the school nurse and staff that reached out to me multiple times about this are not enough! Advocate for your children and if the doctors dismiss your concerns please switch doctors or clinics. Receptionist was kind and understanding and helped me more than the doctor did. Thankful for that!
We had seen Dr Thieme for 8 years, starting with the birth of my third kid. She's kind, easy to talk to, and listens to all your concerns. I liked having her as our pediatrician so much that when we moved across the state I would drive my kids the two hours there bc I didn't want to lose her as a pediatrician. The nurses and office staff are also really friendly. Unfortunately we had to move states so we can no longer go to Witham, and I honestly still get emotional thinking about it 4 months later.
Weird how they ask 13 year olds who they are sexually attracted to on their 13 year depression questionnaire. Why do you care and how is that helpful determining if they're healthy or not? Update. Let me preface with this; Dr. Riggins is great! She is kind and I believe sincerely cares about here patients. However, after bringing our children to Witham Pediatrics for 16 years we will no longer use their services. Will not go back, awful care. Awful customer service at front desk specifically lady named Bailie. Whole office coughing and sneezing.
