My daughter sees Dr. Cates. And we love him. All staff and nurses and pediatricians are all so friendly.
Lately, it's been hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone. The hold times are crazy.
My son has seen a few providers here. His primary is Dr. Friend, and she is amazing. So informative and very kind! We also seen NP Haley Shirley today, and she was awesome! Worked with my toddler so easily. Definitely recommend!
Spent over 30 minutes today on hold waiting to reschedule my children's appointments. Finally, I talked to someone, but she said the next availability was 2 months away. I'll just have to rearrange my work schedule and keep their current appointments. I've been happy with the care we have received otherwise in the past 8 years. The 3 stars is for the difficulty in scheduling appointments. This should be deferred to central scheduling of some kind. In addition: both of my children were seen at the same day and time.
