"Despite completing registration online and having it verified, the in-person check-in process at Witham Ortho was inconsiderate. Dr. Horn's demeanor lacked warmth and felt impersonal, akin to a fast-food drive-thru."
I went in this week to see him. Told him my knee was much worse since I fell. All I got out of him was its swollen and I'll see you in 3 weeks. I know it's swollen and I'm not a Dr. I requested an MRI and got denied. Already had 3 surgeries on that knee and wanted to make sure I didn't re-tear the meniscus again. He pretty much told me to deal with it until my next appointment. I've been in a lot of pain even before I fell
I had a great experience with Dr. Horn and his practice. I ruptured my pectoralis major tendon and required surgery. Dr. Had a great beside manner, instilled a lot if confidence in my recovery and I was able to get it done FAST! If you have any orthopedic issues, now is a great time to get them seen!
