OK people, major changes have been completed witham Internal Medicine!!! There is a new sheriff in town plus he has a few new deputy. There are Two new doctors and a nurse practitioner. Since Dr. Hendrix has arrived in June I’ve gone to see him four times. He and his staff are rockstars. Whenever I need a referral that usually happens the same day. You can't get a new PCP fast enough. Atrocious personalities to deal with, and forget patient turnover, ask them why they can't get an MD to stay in this office...
Left scrambling without medication refills. It's not easy to get a new provider. It can take several months. My provider left and did not refill my medications. I had my annual physical I paid for my visit and now I'm left having to find a new provider before I'm due for another appointment because my medications weren't refilled. This is terrible business practice.
I left all my doctors here in Crawfordsville to go to this doctor's office thinking they were part of Witham, I going to get better treatment boy was I 💯 wrong. This is nothing like any of the other offices in Witham I can't believe how the stuff is in there, they are just as rude as rude can be. If you like your job then please find another one.
