The front desk was really helpful, but the doctor (Dr. Robert Arthur) was terrible. He didn’t listen to my concerns and basically wrote me off as an anxious woman and sent me on my way. I was following up on another doctors opinion to get a chest X-ray because of shortness of breath for a couple weeks and rattling in my lungs and I left with a prescription for anxiety meds. Went because I was having sharp pains in right knee area and feared blood clot. Also said I was having respiratory problems that could be allergies, but I wanted checked to be sure not something else. Also asked for eye to be checked because i had accidentally gotten vinegar in it two days prior and it was still scratchy. Asked for doctor, but told none were working that day and all they had was a nurse practitioner. I always have a good experience at Convenient Care! The physicians are first rate, the nurses are skilled, and the services are readily available and provided with care and skill. The concern for the welfare of the patient is obvious.
