Someone is clearly not fully reading the history of its patients: I had some concerning tests results in late 2024, so I came back to get more tests done to clarify if there was a bigger issue and to request to see a Specialist. Dr T. said she needed a diagnosis to send me to a specialist, so, I called a specialist clinic to see what tests they run for someone who is being diagnosed with the condition I might be suffering from. I love DR Ashliegh Tharp and her nurse practitioner, Cassandra Green. I have never had such good care and concern from a Lebanon doctor. Highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been receiving calls and voicemails for someone who uses this office and they have disclosed her medical info to me including her lab results, name, and medications for refill all named. The scary thing is that I use this office also so I wonder who else knows about my medical info as well that shouldn’t. Of course my number is on my patient account so I don’t understand how this happened and I do not know this women.
